By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. EVENT TICKETING & REGISTRATION

Ticket purchases are processed through a third-party ticketing provider operated by Silverton Casino. XRP MeetUp LLC does not process or store payment information.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. XRP MeetUp LLC reserves the right to modify event programming, speakers, schedule, or venue at any time.

2. NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE

All content provided on this website, in emails, during the event, and in any presentations, panels, discussions, or materials is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by XRP MeetUp LLC constitutes:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

XRP MeetUp LLC does not provide investment recommendations, endorsements, or guarantees.

All attendees are solely responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor or professional before making any financial or investment decisions.

Participation in the event does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between XRP MeetUp LLC and any attendee.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You voluntarily assume all risks related to:

  • Attending the event

  • Traveling to and from the venue

  • Participation in any activities

  • Exposure to crowds

  • Any reliance on information presented

XRP MeetUp LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, or property damage.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRP MeetUp LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Event attendance

  • Website use

  • Information provided

  • Third-party services

  • Media usage

  • Ticketing platform errors

  • Acts of attendees

  • Venue operations

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XRP MeetUp LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your participation

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your conduct at the event

  • Your misuse of information

6. PHOTO, VIDEO, AUDIO & LIKENESS RELEASE

By attending the event, you grant XRP MeetUp LLC and its members, managers, affiliates, successors, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable license to:

  • Photograph you

  • Record your image

  • Record your voice

  • Capture your likeness

  • Record video and audio

And to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, broadcast, and create derivative works from such media in any manner and for any purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing

  • Advertising

  • Promotion

  • Commercial use

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Livestreams

  • Broadcast

  • Press

  • Future events

  • Archival use

In all media formats now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity.

You waive:

  • Any right to inspect or approve the finished product

  • Any right to compensation

  • Any claims for invasion of privacy, publicity, or misappropriation

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Attendees must behave respectfully. XRP MeetUp LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All event materials, branding, and content belong to XRP MeetUp LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

XRP MeetUp LLC is not responsible for the actions, policies, or systems of:

  • Silverton Casino

  • Ticketing providers

  • Advertisers

  • Sponsors

  • Speakers

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. XRP MeetUp LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such case, ticket holder remedies are limited to ticket price refund only, excluding travel or lodging costs.

11. DATA & PRIVACY

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website or attending the event, you consent to our data practices.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

XRP MeetUp LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and XRP MeetUp LLC regarding the event and website.
